By: Chesapeake Public Schools

Chesapeake Public Schools is proud to present the 2023 Winter Art Show.
The online gallery features student artwork that spans all grade levels and
a variety of artistic techniques and media. Mrs. Alexandria Taylor, district
Supervisor of Art and World Languages, coordinated with art teachers at
each school to create this impressive display of student art. We are thankful
for our district art teachers who consistently inspire, celebrate, and display
our students’ talents.
The 2023 Hampton Roads Student Gallery Art Show was held recently at
the Chesapeake Central Library. The public is invited to view this gallery of
artwork submitted by eleventh and twelfth graders from all over Hampton
Roads. The exhibit will be on display through February 4, 2023. Great
Bridge High School student, Sarah Bryan, placed 2nd overall in this show!

Museum. Artwork submitted by four students were selected as honorees,
Ashlyn Williams of Grassfield High, Simone Morlatt of Grassfield High,
