***Churchland Bridge Replacement Project*** Closings Schedule

The next full closing of the Churchland Bridge is scheduled for Friday, March 24th, beginning at 5 a.m. and ending at 5 p.m. Please follow the information on the message boards for the closings on the Churchland Bridge. Victory Boulevard Lane Closure
The northbound right lane of Victory Boulevard, between Paradise Creek Bridge and Elm Avenue, will be closed from Tuesday, March 21st at 6 a.m. through Saturday, March 25th at 7 p.m. This is a 24-hour closure during work of Columbia Gas.
Milling and Paving Project Updates
The Milling and Paving Project of the Department of Public Works is currently underway and will continue with the schedule as provided below, weather permitting. Flaggers will direct traffic. Notices have been distributed to the homes along the routes to inform the residents of the scheduled work and the need to remove parked vehicles. The schedule is subject to adjustments due to inclement weather. Thank you for your patience during this milling and paving work!
Milling and Paving Project Schedule — 7 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Hodges Ferry Road – Between Portsmouth Boulevard and Airline Boulevard
Paving: completion on Monday, March 20th
Southbound- detour in place; Northbound- Flaggers/Public Safety directing traffic
Horne Avenue (entire length)
Paving: Tuesday, March 21st through Thursday, March 23rd
NEW — Rivershore Road – Between Parish Lane and the dead end
Milling: Monday, March 20th and Tuesday, March 21st
Paving: Friday, March 24th through Monday, March 27th
Mt. Vernon Avenue – Between Bayview Boulevard and London Boulevard
Milling: Wednesday, March 22nd through Monday, March 27th
Paving: Tuesday, March 28th through Monday, April 3rd
