Clerk of Circuit Court Hosting Virtual Workshop on Probating Estates

Has a loved one recently passed? Have you recently received an inheritance from a family member? If so, there is a possibility that you will need to go through the probate process. Probate is the process where a will is accepted as a valid public document and helps to settle the estate of someone who has passed away. Clerk of Circuit Court Angela Reason is helping citizens learn more about the probate process with a special virtual workshop. The workshop will feature guest speakers Commissioner Erwin Nachman, Esq. and Commissioner Phillip Hatchett, Esq. who will discuss the probate process and the forms and documents needed to help the process go smoothly. The workshop is being held on Wednesday, March 31 at 6 p.m. via Zoom.
