Christopher Newport University (CNU) is looking for great people to fill housekeeping and dining vacancies on campus, which is located in the heart of Newport News. Those interested are invited to attend a special hiring event on Monday, October 10 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Freeman Center on CNU’s campus (1 University Pl.).  CNU raised their minimum wage by 24% to $13 an hour. They offer stability and competitive pay, along with convenient shifts and either full or part-time positions. Hourly job offers will be made immediately at this event. If you can’t attend the Job Fair or want to learn about jobs in advance, visit jobs.cnu.edu. Job seekers are also invited to stop by CNU’s hiring center at 301 Hiden Blvd. (the corner of Warwick Blvd & Hiden Blvd.) in Newport News.
