‘Empower Me Too’ Women’s Conference Held at TNCC

Thomas Nelson Community College and the Cultural Affairs Committee hosted their first “Women’s Conference” on Saturday, March 17, 2018. Kris Rarig, Interim Vice President for Student Affairs, Alicia Riley, Special Events Coordinator, and staff joined forces to reach many sponsors to assist
‘Empower Me Too’ Women’s Conference Held at TNCC
in reaching their goal: to eventually collect donations that will allow them to establish an “Empower Women’s Scholarship.” With donations from the attendees they captured 1/3 of the funds needed to establish the scholarship. The agenda could not have been more appropriately focused
for the one hundred plus attendees to the conference. Empower Me Too featured six of the most exceptional and remarkable women whose stories and history perfected the essence of many women’s lives, yesterday, today and tomorrow! The stories captivated each life through the following
