The message will come in text and/or robo call as soon as this week to residents of Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, Williamsburg, James City County, and York County. The reminders are based on the dates of primary vaccinations, information that is in the Virginia Department of Health’s (VDH) Virginia Immunization Information System.
