Newport News VA-Nicole Harney graduates from Jamestown High School. She plans to pursue a in music therapy-helping people who have difficulty speaking with words, to communicate through music. Nicole will attend Shenandoah University.

Caroline Schweitzer will graduate from Lafayette High School. She will attend The University of Virginia where she has been accepted into the Kinesiology Program. Caroline plans to pursue her career to become a physical education teacher.

Shelton White, III graduates from Bethel High School. He has been accepted into Shenandoah University’s competitive Fast Track Pharmacy Program, which only has 15 seats. He plans to become a Pharmacist in order to help the community and change the world with his knowledge of drugs and medicines.

The Jean M. Yokum College Scholarships are awarded to successful applicants who are members of Langley’s Constellation Club. The club is designed for children through the age of 18 and provides a tool for parents to teach their children the importance of financial responsibility.
