Easy-to-use, mobile-friendly system to be available this spring

Customers of Newport News Waterworks will have an easier way to pay bills when a new and innovative online payment system is launched this spring. With enhanced security, mobile-friendly tools and a more simplified ebilling process, the new system offers improved and easy-to-use features for managing accounts.

The new online payment system will provide:

  • A fresh, new look designed for clarity and effortless online navigation;
  • Enhanced security and heightened account password protection;
  • Mobile compatibility across any electronic device for payments on-the-go;
  • Swift and easy payment option via secure text messaging;
  • Ability to maintain bill payment history; and
  • Simple click-to-pay emails available to make payments without logging in online.
