North Street Road Closure During Infrastructure Work
The Department of Engineering has announced that North Street, between Middle Street and Court Street, will be closed from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. daily, beginning Thursday, December 16th, until approximately January 30th. This road closure will be during water and sewer system infrastructure work of the City of Portsmouth.
