Scheduled phone outage for downtown area city offices Wednesday evening

The phone service for city offices in the downtown area is being upgraded the evening of Wednesday, February 2. As a result, phone lines to most city offices in the area will experience an outage from 5:15 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Inbound and outbound call will not be possible during the conversion. The outage will NOT affect the 911 Center, the police non-emergency line or the 311 Center phone lines.

The outage will impact the following buildings at the City Hall Complex:

  • City Hall, 2400 Washington Avenue
  • Courts, 2500 Washington Avenue
  • Justice Building, 2501 Washington Avenue
  • Juvenile Services, 350 25th Street
  • Maritime Square Building, 2600 Washington Avenue
  • Sheriff, 224 26th Street
