Sign Up to Have Your Home “Egg’d” by Youth Programs! Participants must register by March 28, the fee is $20

Newport News Parks, Recreation and Tourism’s (NNPRT) Youth Programs staff will be “egging” the lawns of homes in the City of Newport News with pre-filled eggs and goodies for the entire family to enjoy. The price to participate is $20 per house and a staff member will deliver baskets to residents that include 20 pre-filled eggs, “You’ve Been Egg’d” yard signs and NNPRT upcoming event information.   The baskets are designed to provide the citizens of Newport News with an opportunity to host their own spring egg hunts with family and friends. Baskets will be distributed on Saturday, April 3, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you would like to participate, you must register online at www.redefiningplay.com or call 757-926-1400 by March 28. Early registration is recommended due to limited space.
To register, use your existing EZ Child track login information or, if you do not have an account, click on the “New Parents” tab to register for the “You’ve Been Egg’d” event. Please complete the registration form in its entirety and include any special concerns (loose dog in yard, unlatch gate to enter, etc.) in the notes field on the registration form. Deliveries will be contactless and baskets will be placed on the porch/steps of each home.  The “You’ve Been Egg’d” event is for Newport News Residents only.
