HRT Presents “Am I Clean” Campaign

By: Dana Woodson

Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) has announced that in an effort to improve the transit customer’s experience, they have developed a new tool that allows any person at an HRT stop to quickly and anonymously report their observations as to its cleanliness and condition of passenger amenities.  Here’s the link to the “Am I Clean” page on the GoHRT.com web site.  Also, here’s the video that explains the program which includes a spotlight on Portsmouth’s Manager of Transportation Planning, Carl E. Jackson:  https://f.io/QZXFdfa0

The “Am I Clean” tool will quickly, easily, and anonymously report any observations at your stop.  Using your cellphone, scan the QR code from the “Am I Clean” sign at the stop with HRT amenities, and you will be directed to HRT’s website where you can enter what you’re seeing.  If your stop does not have any HRT amenities visit gohrt.com/clean to report your observations.  Your feedback will allow HRT to make better use of cleaning services and provide data for making critical improvements in the transit system.  For more information on transit services, visit GoHRT.com.
