Mayor Price Discusses Public Housing with Community Leaders During “Price Points”

Newport News Mayor McKinley L. Price recently launched a new program, Price Points, on Newport News Television (NNTV) to communicate with residents, businesses, and others about important topics. During these shows, he sits down with city and community leaders to discuss important topics in a conversational, unscripted manner. He chose to focus his recent program on public housing. Joining him for the discussion was Karen Wilds, Executive Director of the Newport News Redevelopment and Housing Authority; Sheila McAllister, Director of Planning for the City of Newport News; Steve Drew, Police Chief for the City of Newport News; and Dr. Lee Vreeland, President/CEO of An Achievable Dream. Watch Price Points online and on NNTV (Cox 48/Verizon 19).
