SB Ballard Projects

SB Ballard would like to invite minority and women contractors to bid on several projects

Scope Improvements – The Work under this project consists of expanding the concourse of Scope Arena. Work includes, but not limited to, adding concession areas, restroom facilities, renovating existing restroom facilities, meeting rooms, and expanding the curtain wall system on the plaza deck.  Due 2/23/2016

Longwood Student Success Center – This project will generally consist of the construction of a new two-story building intended to provide academic, financial and career counseling to students. Mechanical and electrical service spaces are located on a third basement level. The total net floor area is approximately 23,000 square feet.  Due 2/16/2016

Early Education Center, Harrisonburg, VA.- New two-level pre-school, along with associated outdoor play areas. The building is approximately 24,300 gsf. New Elementary School, Harrisonburg, VA. – New three-level elementary school facility for grades Pre-K through 5, along with associated playgrounds and sport fields. The building is approximately 100,000 gsf. Both projects Due 2/25/2016
