Victory Boulevard Paving Project
The Department of Engineering announces the following milling and paving project which will include moving lane closures:
Victory Boulevard from Tyron Place to George Washington Highway
· Thursday, July 23rd, until Friday, July 31st — from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m.
· Two-way traffic will be maintained with flaggers directing traffic.
· Work will take place in the daytime, outside of shipyard rush periods.
